WHAT IS A POSTPARTUM DOULA?
As a certified postpartum doula serving St. Charles County and the greater St. Louis area, I provide hands-on support for new parents navigating life with a newborn. Trained through Pro Doula and with advanced holistic training from Elephant Baby, I help with practical newborn care, feeding support, sleep guidance, and emotional encouragement, while also offering physical support like meal prep, nourishing snacks, and postpartum healing assistance. My goal is to make the first weeks at home smoother, less stressful, and filled with connection, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and recovering confidently. Families across St. Louis trust me to provide compassionate, personalized care and guidance that makes the early days of parenthood manageable, meaningful, and joyful.

How it works
Booking
As your Fully Known postpartum doula I will spend 4 hours per session with you, 1-2 times a week. We will determine ahead of time what weekly schedule works best for you (subject to availability).
Booking 1 - 12 sessions = $40 an hour
and $35 an hour thereafter
Once we have determined a schedule, I will send over a contract for you to sign with a schedule agreement. My services include one free consultation call. Click HERE to schedule.
